Years of Experience: 5 – 7 years
Description: Provide electrical project management of large and small projects in the Boston area.
Qualifications: Applicants must have extensive, successful experience managing commercial construction projects in the Boston market.

Senior Electrical Project Estimator
Employment Type: Full Time
Career Level: Non-Manager (Mid-Senior level)
Years of Experience: 10 years
Description: Required: A minimum of 10 year experience in commercial electrical estimating. Must have a working knowledge and understanding of the National Electrical Code with experience estimating electrical power, lighting and low voltage systems. Working knowledge of ConEst a plus, but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.

Junior Electrical Project Estimator
Employment Type: Full Time
Career Level: Entry Level
Years of Experience: 0 years
Description: A junior estimator will be trained in the State Electric estimating process. Previous experience is not required but he/ she should have some knowledge of electricity. Individuals should have good computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Candidates  should have good communication skills. All junior level estimators will work directly for a senior level person. The duties of a junior estimator will include:

  • Performing system take-off and counts
  • Preparing spreadsheets
  • Communicating with vendors
